Julia Vaughan SmithJulia is an accredited master executive coach and coach supervisor with over 24 years of experience and has practised as a registered integrative psychotherapist. Over the last 14 years she has specialised in the study of trauma learning from Thomas Hubl, Professor Franz Ruppert, Dr Gabor Mate, Dr Richard Swartz and Dr Bessel van der Kolk among many others. She is the author of 'Therapist to Coach' (2005) and 'Coaching and Trauma' (2019). Her new book 'Daughters:How to Untangle Yourself from Your Mother' is due to be published in early March 2023. She is one of only a few people talking about coaching and trauma and hopes many more will join her in deepening our understanding and practice.

Jenny RogersJenny has 26 years as an executive coach, writer and supervisor. She has been training other coaches for more than 15 years. Her book 'Coaching Skills: The Definitive Guide to Being a Coach' is regarded as the standard reference text worldwide and is now in its 4th edition.
