ATTACHMENT and COACHING - No dates currently available
Understanding 'attachment styles' can add depth and subtlety to your coaching. We are all likely to have a dominant pattern of relating to others, developed from our early experience of being with our care-givers as infants and children. What is your own style? Is it 'Anxious'? Is it 'Avoidant'? Is it 'Secure'? Are these styles fixed or do they change? Then what about your clients? How do you identify these 'styles' and what impact will it have on the relationship between you and on the work you and the client do? In this Masterclass we will draw on the work of John Bowlby, Mary Ainsworth and others, linking it with the work of current thinkers on developmental trauma. Led by Jenny Rogers, with Julia Vaughan Smith.
